How do I report a side effect?
If you are a health professional and have a patient who experienced a suspected side effect to one of our products, please report this using one of the communication channels below:
We advise patients to contact their health care provider to report the experienced side effect. As a patient, you can also report such an incident directly using the online form below.
Every report will be processed anonymously and reported to the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation.
