Your responsibilities will include
- the development of a strong partnership with the pharmacists, doctors and specialists in your region, with a strong focus on relationship, sales and support
- the analysis of the market potential in your region and the development of initiatives to further increase the market share in your region
- implementation of the commercial strategy in your region
- information and follow-up of promotional actions and explanation of new products in the product range
- consulting with your colleagues, looking for creative win-win solutions and actively participating in the exchange of best practices
What minimal knowledge and experience do you need?
- work experience in the sale of (generic) drugs and support for doctors, specialists and pharmacists
- you can present some creative ideas or an innovative approach that has generated clear commercial added value
- you are an intelligent salesperson who can correctly assess the importance of a well-considered sales and marketing approach including the development of a long-term relationship
