Key Account Manager – Institutional Care

West-/East-Flanders, Brussels (Dutch-speaking) region)

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Building partnerships: You establish strong and sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals involved in decision-making processes, focusing on relationship management, sales, and support.
  • Sales: You are responsible for selling the entire Arega portfolio to hospitals and institutions in your region.
  • Tenders: You actively participate in the preparation of tender dossiers.
  • Conferences: You attend relevant conferences related to the products in our portfolio.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with the “retail” sales teams and other departments within Arega.
  • Networking: You maintain contact with key players in the Institutional Business.
  • Meetings: You attend training seminars, team meetings, and regional meetings, actively contributing to them.
  • Reporting: You report to the Business Unit Manager.

 

 Your profile: knowledge and experience required:

  • A thorough understanding of decision-making processes in hospitals and institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitals and institutions in your region.
  • Solid analytical skills, for example, in analyzing sales figures and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
  • A proactive attitude and the motivation to drive progress.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
  • A true team player who contributes to effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of generic medicines and medical devices is a plus.
